Our policy here is if you purchase product for yourself or a gift and seek a refund for any reason it must be within 30 days. After this timeframe we unfortunately can’t offer any exchange or refund on purchase. To qualify for return the product must be in perfect condition, no damage on product at all.

To qualify for above the product must be a generic make to qualify for return, if the item is personalised we can’t refund as this is handmade for you only and bespoke to the person and can’t be sold after this point.

If item is returned upon careful inspection and proof of purchase… and is in full and original condition then we can consider the option of an exchange.
